I worked with Sophie on setting up and managing 2 global Mentoring Programs for the Change Management Institute. The Program was challenging as it was run virtually within a tight timeframe and with participants across Australia, New Zealand, USA and Europe. It required a good dose of dynamic thinking, stakeholder engagement and project management.

Sophie was an excellent co-lead to work with. She is a strategic thinker and at the same time her attention to detail is unbeatable.
